Did anybody use Universal Android Root to root there droid?

First off, its free unlike EasyRoot.
Second, it Roots the droid on all android versions.

And went perfectly smooth on mine too.

That's what I'm tryin to figure out...why would you pay for easy root when this is free. Its been working really good. Plus I didn't have to install BusyBox for some functions that easyroot asks for..
And yes I have Droid 1.

Dmupdate?? Maybe another kept secret haha

Does it also install all the necessary things for a backup like nandroid and what not? What steps if any did you have to take after running it?

Oh I see Superfly already did that...cool

Tell me if it worked for you guys...

At first the SuperUser icon is different...its more like a ninja android...(though it still worked and did the same thing)
...then when I installed bugless beast...it change the icon to the original ninja.
