Why is Tbolt only "simultaneous voice and data?"

I think I want a Bionic...but first I have a few questions related to the Tbolt:

1. Will Tbolt be the only Verizon device ever capable of simultaneous voice and data?
2. If so...WHY can't other 4G devices do it?
3. Why is this not discussed more?

Thanks in advance for help.

1. Simply because no other manufacturer thought it was relevant enough to do so with 4G/LTE devices being worked upon.
2. Other 4G devices can do this, HOWEVER only the Thunderbolt can do it over 3G and that's what sets the Thunderbolt apart from any other device.
3. It's not discussed as much as it should because the rebooting issues has grabbed more attention than the positive highlights about the phone.
