why cant we have temporary themes?

    I don't want to compare to iphone, but winterboard can replace images while a theme is activated then go back to normal once its turned off. Why can we droid users do something like that?

    if you have pandahome you can shake your phone to change the theme. i think you can also program it to change at certain time intervals. is that what you're talking about?

    No I want to apply themes like an iphone. It rrp?aces the images but noy permanentely

    We do have that. There's tons of ways to do this.

    Themed ROM, Metamorph, Themed homes...

    Corinacakes is correct - I used to use Winter/Summer boards. Panda Home works the same way that they do, you can apply themes on the fly. It's a market application, and doesn't require rooting to use.

    I see that you're rooted, so you shouldn't have issues with BigLou's methods either. Metamorph is a great program for changing themes.

    It replaces** but can go right back to stock. It doesn't actually delete the originals.

    What's big lou's? I have metamorph, but doesn't that completely replace the files? And I don't want to use a home replacement
