I'm trying to get to the international site for Dahua security to look at some home surveillance equipment. When I try to go to their international site on my tablet or phone, it reroutes to the US site to a "Page not found" page. There's nothing wrong with the website, because I can load it perfectly fine on a PC. I just can't get it to load on my galaxy tab a 10.1 or G2 in chrome, Firefox, or Samsung's browser. Checked browser settings but didn't see anything that seemed like it would help.

Well the G2 is Verizon. And the tablet is WiFi only, which is connecting to Comcast.

Change your DNS provider. Many ISPs censor, or block, some countries or content because of copyright, politics, competition, etc. There are walkthroughs online how to change your DNS.

Definitely tried non-mobile. I don't know if they have a mobile site or not.

see if they have a mobile site. try putting a m. in front of the address. there is a chance the page has scripts that is not compatible with mobile devices

No dice. Doing it on my laptop here just re-directs to the original page (also tried mobile., which isn't used often these days. That didn't work at all). Tried it on my phone and got the same "Page not found" from the re-direct to the US version of their site. Here's a link to a device on the site I'm trying to access. Let me know if you can open it on mobile devices.

I got page not found on my phone. it is a bad link - not you. when it says page not found, go to the address bar and delete everything up to the .com and you will get a valid page.

Open it on a computer. It's not a bad link.

but it may be a bad link for mobile. remember not all pages work on mobile devices. also remember, as I said in my previous post, I got the same error message you did. anyway that is all I can do for you.
