Who makes boot animations?

If you didn't know D2 logos and animations are the same so it doesn't matter which phone I am using

Yea I don't see this going too far. Since there is a thread not too far down about making boot animations.

And I haven't seen too many new animations out lately. If I had a walkthrough that I could understand I would be the one making them.
