Whining audio feedback when using car charger and audio jack.

Sadly, yes. The first thing I tried when I got into my truck was the navigation. Screams just like my first one. I now believe that they must all have it, to some degree. I just hope that it's a software issue and can be fixed. I know it's not the hardware that I have, because the nexus didn't do it at all.

Do u have the phone charging or anything. Try another jack.?
