I used the same Sandisk Class 6 16GB card in my Droid 1, Droid 3, Droid Bionic and Droid RAZR M. Never had any issues. You should be fine with that one. I'm not sure if the Class 10 is noticeably faster...but have seen some posts on the Moto forum that some Droid RAZR phones didn't work well with a Class 10.

Go for the class 6. It will work fine and you will save a few bucks as well.

Samsung's read faster, Sandisk's writes faster.

A lot of Sandisk's SDs are rebranded Samsung cards...marked up in price.

The last SDcard I bought was a SanDisk 64GB class 10. When you move 10GB worth of TiBu backups, or multiple NANDroid backups the write speed is noticeable.

For most normal usage, most people won't notice. If you move a lot of data often, get the class 10. If you do not move a lot of data often, the class 6 will be just fine.

I have dozens of ADATA SDcards that I have been really happy with. Since my last two phones have not had SDcard slots, I haven't used them in a while.
