He was OG RS but its been a long while since hes been here. Yay! new BUDDY!DancingNexus
I am about to root using the new method from the home page once the download completes. that server is bogged down!

Let us know how it turns out for ya. I think you'd be one of the first to try the method, the first time I saw that thread was pretty late last night and I didn't get a good read on it. Seemed very simple (judging by the pic).

the dl time is varrying between 1 and 5 hours... and one of the mirrors is down already. im sure it works, but i lose all the pics and everything in the process, I guess thats the problem of no sd card and no backup. i can just xfer them again of course

I personally have a folder on my computer 'Nexus files' and just drop everything in there. Yeah it's inconvenient, but gotta work with what we got.

Yeah maybe the OG RS squad knows more about what happened to him. By the time I got into RS he was long away already:frown:

i have the same thing except called phone **** lol my dl got booted, starting over, 10+ hours remaining

Tried downloading it just to see how long it would take. Getting a dropbox error.

you cant use the dropbox one, just click the file name
