Which Cyanogen will have Gingerbread?

You don't have to use the stock launcher. Other launchers work fine and you can have an app drawer and the amazing lockscreen. My favorite part of the whole ROM. And the theming is amazing.

I think it will be 7.0 since the update does do a system overhaul. Many things changed/improved. I don't think we see GB in Cyanogen 6.xxx

I don't think we see it on OG Droid either. But that is just my gut feeling. I think they will time it so that people who signed 2 year agreements for the Droid in Nov 09 will upgrade their device in 2011. Sorry OG owners. It just makes perfect business sense.

I know I'm late to this thread, but I got an email last night, 1 year after signing with Verizon, saying my line was eligible for upgrade, verified it on the VZW website as well... Can't upgrade on Amazon unfortunately, but I can get the 199 price right now on VZW...
