    They are on the internal memory of the phone and you wont have access to them unless you are rooted.

    /data/app in root explorer or astro.

    If you aren't rooted, you can use adb.

    If you are rooted, then you can use an app like root explorer to access it.

    Actually downloaded apps that aren't moved to the sdcard are stored in /data/app
