I can't find a link to download bkapps.zip anywhere. I copied the bkapps binary from SS 5.0 to my current rom, but there were errors. Does anyone know where to download it?

It said "Your copy of busybox is not setup properly ... attempting to fix" and then tried to run sysrw which failed with a not found error.
Then it listed a bunch of the busybox files, but they just said "read-only file system" after each one.
Then it tried sysro, with the same not found error.

After that, it said "That appeared to be successful .. continuing".

Then it seemed to back up the data and apps, but then i got two more errors:
"cp: can't stat '/system/xbin/setscaling*': No such file or directory"
"cp: can't stat '/etc/install-recovery.sh': No such file or directory"

Even with the errors, it seemed to work.. there was an apps directory with all of my apps in it.
I renamed it to apps-2.3.2 and I restored after wiping and installing SS 5.0, and I think most of the apps restored correctly,
but the accounts and mms weren't there at all.

Hmmmm OK - so everything appeared to backup/restore with the exception of accounts & mms? I will look into it ...

    Yep. Thanks.

Also, just to let you know... Before I renamed the apps folder to apps-2.3.2, I tried restoring using the GUI in the ChevyNo1 Tools app, and it gave the warning that the phone would reboot immediately following the completion of the restore. When I hit OK, it immediately rebooted and I got a continuous boot loop and had to re-wipe and install again. When I tried from the command line, it only gave the "nothing to restore" message.

Yep, that was a bug where the new restore looks for apps-2.3.2 and since backup created 'apps - it didn't find it. Will be fixed in the next version!
