Call motorola support, they sent me one for free a month ago ecause they know there is a problem with this part (I almost lost the second one a few days ago)

Did you try walking into a Verizon Store and see if they will give you one? Or you can contact Verizon by phone and they will ship one out to you.

What the previous poster said will work too.
