Does anyone has a link to this application? I can't seem to find it in the market.
That's odd. I found it no problem.
if you got the barcode scanner, just scan the QR code here:
WHERE v1.9.2 Application for Android | Travel
Actually I tried scanning it but still can't locate it when it points me to the market. Is 'Where' for US users only?
Sorry to resurrect an old thread. Just converted from the iPhone and has been searching high and low for the Android equivalent of the "WHERE" app. Scanned the QR code and searched, but the app is not available to download. Is it not supported anymore? And if so, can you point me to an alternative app? Thanks.
I have Where installed and have for quite some time. Interestingly, I just searched the Market and could not find it nor is it listed in my market download.
I have a similar app called Places that may help.
Perfect! I guess Places came stock with the phone because I already have it but never tried it. I wonder if it's because of Places that WHERE isn't available anymore. Either way thank you for the suggestion!
Poynt works well too -- it was the one solid app I used to use on my Blackberry.
Here is a thread where you can find a link:
[REQUEST] Where.apk - Page 2 - xda-developers
If you want absolutely the latest version, you have to fool the market into thinking you have a different phone or are in a different location. Instructions for that are also in the thread.
