When will the reception issue get better?

I think the phones have issues I am hoping a update will fix it. If not I will buy a razr retail or whatever has to be done and use it till its fixed! Sry venting

I had EXCELLENT reception with the RAZR but the Galaxy Nexus is a much cooler phone.

The Verizon guy suggested that I let the phone collect roaming data so I drove around so I could connect to two different cell phone towers. I went out to the one that is closest to my house (about a mile away) and I parked in the McDonalds parking lot and had 4 bars LTE. The speed test was done while driving away from the cell phone tower though, still seems a little low.
