There are several custom rooms coming out for several phones. As to official releases, it depends on the company.

HTC inspire might be harder for it to come to considering the specs and it is a 1st Gen processor compared to the thunderbolt which is a 2nd Gen

The timeframe from source code to official release is about six months. Don't expect an official HTC ICS build before June.

Yes, the Droid X2 will be getting ICS, but Motorola hasn't said when. It won't happen before Q3 2012.

Wondering about that too. From what I saw they're screwing over any device that isn't lte capable. So pretty much anything before the bionic.
