EasyTether, which I've found to be much more reliable than Wireless Tether or Barnacle. I purchased the pro version today, actually.

Xiia Live. Streams free internet radio and custom links to your phone. My "can't-live-without-app". Next might be my XM Online.

I really like RemoteDroid - use your phone as a wireless keyboard and mouse with your computer. Great if you have a home theater PC, or just don't want to get up from your favorite chair to click "play next" on Netflix instant stream.

Still Screebl. It keeps my phone from timing out when I'm using it.

^+1 if you need 'real' Exchange support it's great (MUCH better than the default/built-in POS client).

My fiance would say 'Angry Birds'
