Astro/Go Launcher EX. I used Launcher Pro before, but I was getting lots of FCs, and Go Launcher has the same scrollable lock, plus a built in process manager in the app drawer :OOOO
My all time favorite app is "iWedPlanner" because it is very useful for my wedding planning in various way like Easy finding of wedding resources, Creating your own personnel wedding website, RSVP, Budget calculation and Many more. The other favorite apps are

Apart from Facebook, which I don't really consider in the same category, I would go with Instagram and Drop Box (this one is really useful). Also I wish there was a 1-Bit Camera app for Android. I love the way those pictures look and I used to own a Nintendo Camera so it makes me nostalgic
There's a zillion apps I haven't tried out yet though.. I wish I was good enough to develop one, although it's quite a battle out there.
