What's with the $100 off?

Anyone know the status of the $100 off Verizon was offering for upgrading from 3g to 4g? Last I heard it was only for the Midwest, but I heard someone in PA was told he was eligible.

I live in the NE, so I just want to see if I should be hassling a Verizon Rep tonight in preparation for the Nexus tomorrow.

I think the guy who was in PA got a confused customer rep....I believe he called back and they told him they were looking at the wrong part of the map and he was not eligible.
