FYI substituting cauliflower for potatoes makes really good "mashed potatoes"!

You should try basting cauliflower with non flavored Greek yogurt and putting it in the oven and salt and pepper it to taste... Yummy..
That sounds good! Love me some cauliflower, I'll have to try that one this wknd. Broccoflower is another favorite of mine, when in season.
It is pretty awesome.. Its creamy, it's like . Idk.. A big potato? But tastes better.. I use nature seasoning on mine.. From mortons.. Really good..
