Just the usual carne asada burrito in green sauce, with a pint of salsa. They have superb salsa. Gotta love it hot. And some flan for dessert.

Greasy "ground beef" (Moran's beef, it is very little beef) burrito,cheese burger( I'm quite sure the cheese isn't cheese) and French fries. Positive the fries aren't from France.

had a great breakfast at Cracker Barrel this morning. Nice ham & cheese omelet, bacon, hash brown casserole and biscuits. I normally don't eat biscuits but these were extra good with a nice buttery flavor across the top.

Leftover Christmas ham slices. With pineapple slices and swiss cheese, then broiled for a few minutes until the cheese is slightly brown and bubbling. Absolutely delicious, and a great way to use leftover ham.

Just finished meal prepping for the week. Made vegetarian chilli. Had to sample some and man it came out awesome. I omitted the corn because I am trying to cut a lot of carbs out of my diet.
