    I'm looking at this build for the Milestone: [ROM] (AOSP GINGERBREAD) ShadowMOD-BR v2.3.2b6 [2010-02-11]

    What all do I need to do to be able to run this on the Droid? I believe it's not as simple as flashing the Verizon baseband, but I really don't know (hence the question).

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I can port it, I'll post it here -- I've heard awesome things about it.

    Thanks in advance!

    ...ouch... is that a problem with setting up the kernel source? like here:

    Code:
    $ repo init -u git://android.git.kernel.org/platform/manifest.git

    (from Using Repo and Git | Android Open Source)

    yeah except its like this....

    repo init -u (whatever the url is) -b gingerbread

    the only branch the manifest has is the froyo branch

    i suppose everything could be manually pulled..

    if someone could figure out how to fix the repo problem without using git to pull everything then i could do this... but idk how repo or git works internally.
