What Verizon Plan do you have?

Im on a family plan so its:
$9.99 for the line
$29.99 for the data usage
$9.99 for unlimited txt and 500 non verizon txts

People on your plan would be Verizon carriers and I'm sure all Verizon to Verizon calls are free. The people you want to add to friends and family plan are the people that different carriers

I need to switch my plan and not sure what to get? I have an older plan.

With the Droid I need a plan that gives me the ability to Text, Pix and Video Text to VZW and outside of VZW? Or should I just send pics and Video through Gmail?

Since it sounds like you are already on some kind of VZ plan call up customer service and ask them to do an analysis of your usage. They will look at your last few months usage and tell you about how much you use.

The just pick a FnF plan that covers the usage. You'll need the dual data plans of course.

Don't forget that if you don't text a whole lot you can add 250 texts a month for $5 a line. I know that unlimited texts only runs $10/line (IIRC) but if you only send/recieve like 20 texts a months then you won't need to spend that much.

Its a little nutty when I did cal VZW the person I got on the line really couldnt explain my options at all. i was getting a headache listening to them lol!
