They definately should have compatibility for custom cpu settings. so we wont have to root our phones. Cuz i dont know what else we would need to root for since they have tethering. IDK

Never gonna happen. OCing pushes your hardware harder than it was meant to go, and Google would become liable (in our mixed up judicial system) for any old moron who fries their phone by pushing it harder than it was designed to go.
