What Specific Features Are in Jakebites?

I read lots of recommendations for Jakebites, but I can't find any information about what is actually in it, i.e. what features it has and why I'd want it. Can someone tell me or point me in the right direction?

Alright alright relax people. Using terminal emulator, you can access speed tweaks (default is on), you can overclock/undervolt, access V6 Super Charger, and a few other optimization tweaks. Try it out, you can always revert back to stock settings within terminal emulator.
