Nexus 6. I feel it is a sizeable upgrade.

I would not replace a 6inch phone with a 6.4 inch phone UNLESS both front facing and rear camera's are great and it's rootable.

I have been waiting for a 7" phone. I had a Huawei Mediapad X2 but had trouble with signal in my area. I LOVED that phablet! So I have been waiting for a USA release to match it. It looks like this will be my only option... I have held on to my Samsung Note 3 to use as a backup while testing my X2 and have continued to use it while waiting for my perfect-sized phone to appear... I am not sure that I will ever even use Tango - just want the large display with an upgraded camera!!! When are they releasing it???
