Its Theme Chooser Enter The Spectrum. Found it in XDA developer's forums. They have a very impressive collection there. But also love the Linear Theme as well.

+1 on the X themes. The guy who did them also did the Vitreous series, all good stuff.

My current favorite though is Whiteout by XsMagical, not on the market but it is an awesome theme.
