Volume bar down or up then it will show the NONE, Priority, all, and when NONE is slected you get the Circle

Yep that means you have your volume turned off or to NONE.

BTW what weather widget is that?

You should be able to set priorities like all notifications off, some off alarm always on.

Yup. With lollipop, if you pull down the shade on the watch, you have the same options for All, Priority, and NONE. Setting the watch to NONE sets the phone to NONE as well. Handy for meetings, but not if done by accident.

That's "VOLUME DOWN, ALERTS ON"
Turn your volume down and then click NONE.

That's why I didn't know what it was. I've never done that, just turn it down (and have the symbol in your pic).

On my phone that symbol is the Do Not Disturb symbol. It matches the sign on my fence!
