What is the best way to make the Bionic native keyboard pallete black like Razr MAXX?

Is there more to just rooting, swapping the files and changing the permissions from the 2 phones?

Have you tried an app like ice cream sandwich keyboard or swift key? They have many different themes.

Yes I have, but not quiet what I am looking for.
I saw somewhere where some guy made his all black, I just cannot find where it is to contact him.

I have a keyboard that is all black but you have to be rooted and running a custom ROM to flash it.

It will let you download but it wont allow you to install Latime.apk
