Any idea what improvements are in 4.5.608?
Much better bluetooth audio support. No hissing and popping on speaker phone via bluetooth anymore when call starts/ends. I also got the feeling battery life (standby) got even better than before!
I noticed 608 delta (from 607) update carries new baseband and indeed radio version is different (1.80 vs 1.79 in 607)
Radio seems to hold a bit better than before (testing right now from an underground gym where I wasn't able to hold connection before). Signal strength indicator in UMTS mode is still showing 1/2 of actual level just as before.
Other than that I haven't noticed anything else.

Well, and the encryption bug fix, which is why .607 was pulled in the first place. If you didn't need it for Exchange though, this bug didn't impact you!
The only bug that has really annoyed me is the screen time out discussed on many forums. Not sure if the update fixed it. The problem was linked to the in-pocket sensor that was configurable in previous versions of the OS. Since my update to Gingerbread this option is no longer available under settings>display. The problem has been much less lately and may be a result of me holding the phone differently around the sensor location. (This was the suggested response on the Motorola site regarding the problem.) I can't laugh at the iPhone antenna problem now.
I have noticed that my keyboard lights up like it should now.
