What is adjusting my media volume on my S3?

Guys,

I have tasker set my volume to max when I leave my house but a short time later it is adjusting itself down to 75%ish. Is there a system app that might be doing this? or do I have to pay closer attention to the cradle?

Are you plugging in headphones, I think I've noticed that when headphones are plugged in the volume will go to a level that won't cause ear damage.

No headphones. I'll have to try it again without using the cradle and see if it happens again.
