What have YOU done with Tasker?

I'm trying to have the doubletwist lockscreen be my lockscreen when music is playing and not havethe native one come up as well. I tried setting up a task where when doubletwist was launched, the keyguard was disabled, but that disabled the doubletwist one as well. Also tried to set widgetlocker as the default and suspend that with no avail. I don't want the native lockscreen to be permanently disabled just when I'm not playing music. Any ideas?

I'm trying to set a profile, so when my screen is off, if i open the keyboard, the screen will stay off until i turn it on with the power button.

I thought it would be fairly easy to set up but so far I've had no luck.

If somebody could help I'd appreciate it.

Google Reader unread count in Minimalist Text Widget?

I was hoping to be able to post my google reader unread count in my Minimalist Text Widget.
I found a site that shows the API work-around, but I don't have any idea how to implement this into Tasker.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone help me in programming a profile to turn my brightness down, turn airplane mode on and all sounds off except for my alarm clock, but only on Mon-Fri from about 9:30 to 6:30?

How to make tasker to downclock cpu, turn of 3g and network apn when screen is of, and then turn on same stuf and overclock cpu when screen is on, is it possible? Tnx in advance

Download andromax. I used it on my X for that exact purpose when it was running froyo. Unfortunately it stopped working after the gingerbread update.

You don't need too. Add a new profile that activates when the display is on. The only task in tat profile will be turn data on. Add another profile that activates when the.display is off. That step will turn data off.

Ok. I think my mistake was trying to satisfy 2 conditions in one profile. Ill try 2 profiles.
