Weird occurance

So I did a heard reset last night cause the android market was saying that apps I had uninstalled were still installed at first it wouldn't let me activate the phone finally on the 10th try it worked. I woke up this morning and tried to get to the market with perfect signal and it would not open it saying their were connections errors so I did another hard reset got it to activate on the first try etc....Has anyone else had this happen?

Also when I open my phones browser and it goes to google it says the verizon content filter is blocking google

Not sure about the google issue, but as for the market...

Sometimes when I delete an app (even through the market) it will say it is still installed, but this tends to change in a little bit without any resets on my part. I also, on occasion, get the "connection error" on a rare occasion with a good signal or even wifi. I generally just hit try again and it works. You can get this on your pc at home at times as well...just is what it is...
