[WebDevelopment] Custom Website to Host ROMS and APKs

I own a website called r00tyou.com and I want to expand the capabilities of it.

I have an idea of what I want to turn it into. I want to make it a website with custom roms for all kinds of different phones especially the Moto Droid (My current phone)

Right now I am willing to host files and roms via:
r00tyou.com/droid

Is their anyone interested in helping me develop the website in which users can goto and selectivly browse for different roms/apks and goodies and download them directly to their phone.

I currently have a graphics designer working on a nice skin for the site. I am a web developer and database manager that works with PHP. Anyone wanting to help or give ideas please feel free.

I see. I still think that is stupid. The OS is open source, I bought my phone, I pay monthly to have it. Therefore I should be able to do whatever the hell I want to with it.
