Webcam for motion sensor remote monitoring

I'd like to setup a Webcam and have the ability for it to be motion sensor activated. When activated, I'd like it to email me the picture and video (if possible). Can any of you recommend a Webcam that can provide this functionality?

Practically any webcam will work with IP Cam Viewer (in the Market). Just depends how much you want to spend and what your specs are (waterproof, wifi, etc.).

Thanks. I'm interested though in getting recommendations on web cams that perform well. So if you have good experience with a web cam that allows you to remotely monitor it and send email, I'd like to hear about it.

I'd prefer one with both Wired and Wireless capability (IP Based) and indoor (with indoor lighting). I've looked at the Linksys WVC210 but I'm curious on some real world experience from others if you have used another cameras.
