I prefer WeatherBug over any others... it's small, simple, gives warnings, and displays time in the notification bar... and always working.

I have both Weather Channel and Accu Weather Both seem to do a good job

They're all pretty much the same... So it's more a matter of what look you want (size, icons ect.). For now I just use the 2.1 Weather/News widget because of the news. It also has a 'shortcut' to open the WeatherChannel site which gives probably the best forecasts and details (at least here).
