Good. It's a very useful tool to have around even if you don't use it much. :)

Just locate it, make sure it's where you put it (sometimes things don't copy correctly), rename it update.zip (even if it says that's what it is, better safe than sorry), save it, and try again. If you still get errors I'm going to start worrying because the rename update.zip and install is integral to using SPR to ROM your phone (which is why I wanted RZR on there -- no need to rename).

Good! Now, download the app pack and the ROM linked above, put them on the SD card in a folder (for easier storage; don't need to clutter up the SD card) named whatever you want -- ROMs would work.

When you get to that point, reboot into recovery, and let me know. I'm cooking supper so I'll be up and down but I don't see more than a 10 minute lag and RZRecovery won't let you flash if the battery's too low. :)

Okay. Step one is making a backup; RZRecovery will prompt you to do that right before you flash the ROM, but since we're wiping first we need to do it manually. You should be looking at a screen that looks like this:

Go to the sixth option (Backup/Restore) and make a simple backup.

Alright. Now, hit the power button to back out to the main screen and go to Wipe Options. You'll see a screen like this:

Wipe all. You'll get a warning that it cannot be undone. That's okay, that's what the backup is for. :)

Once you're done wiping all let me know.

Okay. Next up, go to the 7th option; Install.

You'll get a menu that looks vaguely like this:

install.png

You'll want to locate your ROM folder. In it you'll see the two files listed. Install the ROM file. You won't want to backup or or anything, just install the ROM file.
