Let's say you buy the Droid X through a site online that isn't Verizon. On places like Walmart, Gizmodo, etc ....it's selling for 149.99 currently. Also note on Walmarts site that the original Droid is selling for FREE. Yes free.
Now if I want the insurance for 1.99 that Verizon offers when you purchase through their online process, what do I do? Basically is it possible to buy the phone with the 2 year contract through a place like Walmart and then bring it into a Verizon store to have them add the insurance onto my plan?
