Verizon has recently sent a list of issues regarding the Samsung Galaxy Nexus to their corporate store employees. These issues are a slew of problems with the Galaxy Nexus, and store employees have been directed that the problems do not necessarily auto-qualify customers to free replacement of their devices. If you just purchased the phone within 14 days or have the extended replacement plan, then you are exempted from this policy. Garemlin first reported this last night, here.
