Vrblk1 leak to OTA question

I am stock not rooted. I have been running the 3rd JB leak(vrblk1) for a few weeks; the OTA is vrblk3. I keep checking but all I get is "no new software available."
Is this because of the leak or are there people who still haven't received the OTA?

From what I've read it'll only tell you the new OTA is available if you're on the last approved release. So you'll have to either flash the k3 leak or flash back to the last approved release then take the OTA.
