I can no longer use the volume rocker to control my ringer. It just controls the media volume. How can I change this?

    Thank you for the help

Battery pull reset, if that fails check to see if any apps installed control volumes (Volume Control+, Smart Volume, Extended Controls, Volume Locker, etc) and uninstall them... if that all fails I would have to with a factory reset on this one since the hardware is obviously OK (works for media volume) it just about has to be a software issue. If after a factory reset the volume still doesn't work, then I would contact Verizon/Asurion about a replacement.

Stupid question but the screen is off when you're trying to use the volume rocker for next/prev track right?
