Volume Issue - No way to link them

Hey again folks. I did a factory reset of my rezound today. When going into sound options I wanted to check the little box that said "Use incoming call volume for notifications" but it isn't there anymore. Anyone else seen this? How do I get it back?

I use the volume widget that's included in Widgetsoid and it lets me set that setting in there. I don't think it's an option any more in the OS settings itself.
