VoiceMail Password working on one place but not another.

Has anyone else experienced a problem with the VoiceMail APP not accepting a password that works just fine when calling *86?

I have changed the password a number of time using a different set of digits and a different number of digits each time.

each time *86 works just fine. Each time the VoiceMail App say I am trying the wrong password.

Also, the VoiceMail app worked fine until I changed my password today... then this.

Any ideas?

Have you verified it's not auto capitalizing the first letter... Perhaps try the original password with the voice mail app.... Maybe it works from a different server..
