Voicemail password bypass

Does it not dial the password anyway? Mine asks for the password, but then automatically dials it without me having to enter it.

No, I waited after she first asked for the password to see if it would dial, but she just asked again and then again, so I hung up. I'll keep trying though. I never give up. LOL

bart2546, please, there's no reason for you to feel sorry. I really appreciate your trying to help. I'll keep trying though and if I get it working I'll let you all know.

It's very comforting to know I can come here and ask questions and get real help, unlike other forums populated by trolls. Thanks to all the members/moderators.

Well, I just found out that it does work. I was accessing voice mail the long way instead of just dragging the info bar (not sure of it's real name) down from the top and accessing voicemail from there. That's where it works just fine. I don't know if other Android phones have that info bar at the top of the screen or if it's only on the Droid X.

So, again, thanks to all for your help and I hope this helps someone else.
