I am trying to use the voicemail icon to store and use my office voicemail number rather than the *86 which goes to the verison VM. I did this on my old phone (another carrier) and it was simple and sweet. The "settings - call settings - voicemail settings" stores the number for my office, but doesn't store the number with the icon. If i save it as a contact and go there, it sends the pauses and passwords immediately after dialing the number and before the phone can answer on the other end. ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
