Voice Recorder missing after 4.3 update

Is there anyway to get the. Apk file from the old version of 4.22 so I can use the same voice recorder application? I am not rooted.

I liked that program and don't want to use any off the Play store.

I still have my voice recorder. Only thing that changed was my settings app. Replaced with a new settings app

And I also have lots of glitches and problems from this update. Pretty pissed

Voice recorder is 4.3. You might want to do a FDR.

I just did with a OTA update file I downloaded last week. It is not on here.

Maybe back up all data and apps and reset phone and restore. See if that works

Both of my S4 have the Voice Recorder app. One was updated via OTA. The other was updated via Kies. As such, I would suggest you consider download and install the available original images on XDA. Good luck.

Mine never lost it; the update came along yesterday and everything seems to work OK. Is there something else going on with this (i.e., different firmware, etc.) that would cause the problem for some and not others?
