Voice commands

Is there a way to disable voice commands? I never use them. But everyone I touch my earpiece, the voice command interface starts. If like to be able to uninstall it or turn it off. Anyone know how?

I have the same question. I have some earbuds with the a button that play/pause my audio. I really liked having a hard button to stop start my pandora, podcast, audio books etc. Now with my D3 when I hit that button it not only start/stops the audio, but it activates the voice commands. This could be nice when im in the car, but it really sucks to try and pause my audio only to hear that woman shouting "please state a command" in my ear.

Any advise?
