Virtual keys not working

I'm wondering if anyone has come across this problem. My Razr won't register the H,Y,B keys in portrait mode but they work fine on landscape. There wasn't any kind of damage to it and the screen is free of any marks or scratches. I tried the factory reset but that didn't help. Anyone have any suggestions? TIA.

Sounds like a possible digitizer failure since all three letters are along the same vertical line suggesting one or more vertical matrix circuits are somehow inoperative. You may try a hard reset to be sure.
