virius on my phone??

Well my girlfriend wanted me to send her a Halloween pic so I went to google images and found a pic she liked. So when I picked the image she liked the phone said virus found and install anti virus. Locked up and couldn't use internet. Had to shut phone off . When I turned the phone back on everything was fine.. checked astro file didn't see anything weird on it.. my girlfriend thinks this phone is like a computer and the virus is hiding somewhere..lol. I thought we couldn't get viruses on our phone??!!..

This could be the start. I am sure the virus creators are working hard to come up with a way to infect all of us.

It cant do any real damage to the phone unless you are rooted.

That's true because the virus cannot gain root level access and it's one advantage of not rooting your phone.
