My question is quick and simple: Does Virgin Mobile USA use SIM Cards and if so where could I purchase one? I want to get a Dell Streak and their network :p. If not, however, would there be a way to move another Android Phone over tp their network?

Virgin Mobile USA is a CDMA provider (uses Sprint's network) and thus does not support GSM devices (the ones that use SIM cards).

Basically, you buy a phone; activate it via MEID; and add airtime with a card.

AFAIK, the ONLY Android phone that can be used on their network in the Virgin Mobile branded Samsung Intercept. They won't even allow Sprint devices on their network.

Although the Intercept is a mid-range phone at best, you can't beat the pricing ($60/month unlimited everything)
