The most popular HTC Rom around, Viper by Team Venom, is currently in Beta for the HTC 10. It is not ready for a public release, but has been in Beta for two days. Hopefully the developers will have the bugs squashed pretty quickly on this. The Viper rom series is well known for being one of the most customizable rom experience on HTC devices. There is currently no ETA on an official release, but I imagine they wouldn't have announced it is in Beta if it wasn't close.
